It is our commitment to deliver healthful, affordable, and ethical long term care to those resident in our charge. It is the facility’s goal and objective to exceed the needs and expectations of each resident as well as the regulatory agencies.
Personalized Care Plans
Our dedicated team works closely with each resident and their family to develop personalized care plans that address their specific needs and goals. We believe in fostering independence and promoting a sense of purpose for our residents, making their well-being our top priority.
Skilled Nursing Care
Our skilled nursing care services are delivered by a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. Additional services we are proud to offer include Podiatry, Optometry, Audiology, Dental, and Psych. We also have a wound Doctor that visits weekly. We prioritize the health and safety of those entrusted to us.
Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy & Out-Patient Therapy
Our comprehensive approach to care includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy services aimed at maximizing the functional independence and mobility of our residents. We strive to help individuals regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their daily activities.
Therapeutic Activities
We offer a variety of therapeutic activities aimed at enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents. From guest singers and crafts to Bingo and social gatherings, we strive to provide a diverse range of enriching experiences for our residents.
Respite Care
We understand that caregiving can be demanding, which is why we offer respite care services to provide temporary relief to primary caregivers. Families can have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in good hands.
Emotional Support
We recognize the emotional challenges that may accompany the aging process or health-related transitions. Our team provides compassionate emotional support and guidance to residents and their families, fostering a sense of comfort and reassurance during difficult times.
